This Privacy Policy explains how InfoRec Labs ("we", "us") handles information when you use the IRVault mobile application and website, including the InfoRec license service (together, the "App").

1. Summary

IRVault is non-custodial. We never request, access or store your seed phrase or private keys.
We do not require an account, show ads, sell personal data or use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers.
Most of your data stays on your device.

2. Data stored only on your device

The following data is stored locally in the App's storage on your device and is not sent to our servers: wallet addresses you add, address book contacts, display preferences (language, theme, hidden balances), app lock settings and cached balances and prices. You can delete it at any time by removing it in the App, clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

Biometric authentication (fingerprint or face) is handled entirely by your device's operating system. The App only receives a success or failure result and never receives your biometric data.

3. Data sent to third-party services

To show balances and prices and to prepare transactions, the App sends requests directly from your device to third-party services such as blockchain nodes (RPC), market data providers, token swap and staking protocols and wallet connection services. These requests may contain public wallet addresses, token identifiers, transaction data and amounts, and the providers may receive your IP address as part of normal network communication. Public wallet addresses and transactions are already publicly visible on the blockchain. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Data we receive

Anonymous language statistics: on first use and then at most once every 7 days, the App increments an anonymous counter for your device's language and region code (for example "en / US"). No wallet address, device identifier or IP address is stored. We use it only to decide which languages to support.
InfoRec license service (optional): if you apply for or activate an InfoRec license, we process the information you provide (organization name, contact name, email address), the license registration code and payment details (paying wallet address, transaction ID, token, amount and time). We use this information only to verify payment, issue and maintain the license and contact you about it.
Donations (optional): if you donate, we record the transaction ID, paying wallet address, token, amount and time to verify the donation.
Support emails: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

This data is stored using Google Firebase (Realtime Database, Cloud Functions and Hosting), which acts as our service provider. Firebase Hosting may process technical logs such as IP addresses to deliver the website securely.

5. How we use and share data

We use data only to provide, secure and improve the App and its license service. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Data retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it. License and payment records are kept for as long as the license is valid and as required for accounting and legal purposes. Data recorded on a blockchain is permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing inforec.dev@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, including access-restricted database rules and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The App is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

本隱私權政策說明 InfoRec Labs（下稱「我們」）於您使用 IRVault 行動應用程式與網站（包含 InfoRec 授權服務，下合稱「本軟體」）時如何處理資訊。

1. 重點摘要

IRVault 為非託管工具，我們絕不要求、存取或儲存您的助記詞或私鑰。
本軟體不需註冊帳號、不顯示廣告、不出售個人資料，亦不使用追蹤型 Cookie 或廣告識別碼。
您的資料絕大部分僅保存在您的裝置上。

2. 僅保存在您裝置上的資料

以下資料儲存在本軟體於您裝置上的本機儲存空間，不會傳送至我們的伺服器：您新增的錢包地址、地址簿聯絡人、顯示偏好（語言、主題、隱藏餘額）、App 鎖定設定，以及快取的餘額與價格。您可隨時於本軟體內刪除、清除 App 資料或解除安裝以移除。

生物辨識驗證（指紋或臉部）完全由您裝置的作業系統處理，本軟體僅取得「成功／失敗」結果，絕不會取得您的生物特徵資料。

3. 傳送至第三方服務的資料

為顯示餘額與價格及準備交易，本軟體會由您的裝置直接向第三方服務發出請求，例如區塊鏈節點（RPC）、行情資料提供者、代幣兌換與質押協定、錢包連線服務。請求內容可能包含公開錢包地址、代幣識別碼、交易資料與金額，提供者亦可能於一般網路通訊中取得您的 IP 位址。公開錢包地址與交易本即公開於區塊鏈上。上述提供者依其各自之隱私權政策處理資料。

4. 我們會收到的資料

匿名語系統計：首次使用時及其後最多每 7 天一次，本軟體會將您裝置的語言與地區代碼（例如「zh / TW」）之匿名計數加一。不儲存任何錢包地址、裝置識別碼或 IP 位址，僅用於決定要支援哪些語言。
InfoRec 授權服務（選用）：若您申請或啟用 InfoRec 授權，我們會處理您提供的資料（機構名稱、聯絡人姓名、Email）、授權註冊碼及付款資訊（付款錢包地址、交易序號、代幣、金額與時間），僅用於驗證付款、核發與維護授權，以及就授權事宜與您聯繫。
贊助（選用）：若您進行贊助，我們會記錄交易序號、付款錢包地址、代幣、金額與時間，以驗證該筆贊助。
客服來信：若您來信聯絡，我們會收到您的 Email 地址與信件內容。

上述資料儲存於 Google Firebase（Realtime Database、Cloud Functions 與 Hosting），由其擔任我們的服務提供者。Firebase Hosting 為安全提供網站服務，可能處理 IP 位址等技術紀錄。

5. 資料之使用與分享

我們僅將資料用於提供、保護及改善本軟體與授權服務。我們不出售或出租個人資料，亦不為廣告目的與第三方分享。依法令要求時，我們得揭露資料。

6. 資料保存期間

本機資料保留至您自行刪除為止。授權與付款紀錄於授權有效期間內，以及會計與法令要求之期間內保存。記錄於區塊鏈上之資料為永久性質，任何人（包括我們）皆無法刪除。

7. 您的權利

您可來信 inforec.dev@gmail.com 請求查閱、更正或刪除我們所持有關於您的個人資料。我們將於合理期間內並依適用法令回覆。

8. 安全

我們採取合理之技術措施保護資料，包括限制存取之資料庫規則及加密連線（HTTPS）。惟任何傳輸或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。

9. 兒童

本軟體並非為兒童設計。我們不會在知情下蒐集未滿 13 歲（或您所在國家規定之最低年齡）者之個人資料。

10. 政策修訂

我們得隨時修訂本隱私權政策，修訂版本將公布於本頁並更新「最後更新」日期。
